About the Role

As an Operations Analyst at Lamoon, you will support our clients in improving business performance through better systems, smarter processes, and data-driven decisions. You’ll work with senior consultants to identify operational inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement scalable improvements that drive results.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy turning complexity into clarity and efficiency.

🏛 About The Ordinary Group

The Ordinary Group is building the mentorship infrastructure that will redefine how the world learns and works:

We inject practical industry expertise and high-trust mentorship into any environments, then amplify those voices so anyone, anywhere, can level up their skills and earning power with or without a classroom.

Our conviction is simple: when practicing experts guide talent in real time, theory turns into mastery and industries leap forward. Through our three integrated pillars:

  • The Mentor Accelerator,

  • The Story Circle content engine,

  • A profit-sharing partnership network – we put actionable knowledge in the hands of every learner, everywhere.

We are marching toward an audacious, rigor-backed goal: to positively shape half billion careers by 2035. To get there we certify world-class mentors, publish case studies that become modern curricula, and syndicate those insights across a growing web of partner channels. Every metric we track: mentor sessions delivered, skills verified with our U-A-D framework, case-study view-through, network reach. Each of which ties directly to that billion-career North Star.

Culture here is crafted, not accidental. We do good by doing business, iterate loudly so ideas sharpen fast, and choose best-possible or bin-it instead of settling for average. If you thrive on measurable impact, intellectual honesty, and the certainty that your work will architect the future of education at planetary scale, The Ordinary Group was designed for you.

💎 Our values

We Empower By Doing Business: “No uplift, no launch.” We pursue profit only when it follows real user outcomes; measurable gains in income, skills, or ownership.

  1. Iterate Loud, Fail Proud: if we’re going to lose because they know our plan… we don’t deserve to win.

  2. When we play, we play to win.: “It’s never been done before” is no excuse. when we bet, beating today’s ‘world-class’ is merely the entry fee.

  3. Bias to Mutual Benefit: “Win-Win or Walk Away” Win-win isn’t a cliché; it’s our kill-switch.

  4. Local Roots, Global Branches: We enter each new market with deep local insight and contextual solutions.

🎯 What Will Be Expected

You own the narrative that turns pilots into movements. Your campaigns make mentors worth listening to, cohorts worth joining, and partners proud to be seen beside us. You treat every article, video, and event as an on-ramp to skill growth and revenue—never as vanity content.

  • First six months

    • Ship three cornerstone mini-series, one per pillar, each spun into at least five derivative assets such as short videos, carousels, or podcast clips.

    • Draft and publish a living workflow playbook that lets a freelancer step in and hit deadlines without hand-holding

  • Months seven to twelve

    • Reach a cadence of one cornerstone piece every month, each spawning ten derivative assets and sparking fifty qualified leads or partner conversations.

    • Cut the average production cycle by 60% without compromising craft.

    • Hire two specialist creators (video, copy, or design) and plug them smoothly into the pipeline.

  • Day to day

    • Own a repeatable pipeline: idea ➜ outline ➜ draft ➜ publish ➜ repurpose.

    • Guard the editorial bar: every asset must move someone to act, not just rack up impressions.

    • Pair with Partnerships on launch kits and with Sales on enablement content that shortens deal cycles.

    • Publish a quarterly “learning-moments” dump covering wins, misses, and metrics.

🧠 What We Are Looking For

  • A producer-editor hybrid who has built an evergreen content library that moved revenue, not just reach.

  • Fluent in repurposing: one flagship talk becomes ten clips by reflex.

  • Comfort with radical transparency shipping drafts in public, publishing “learning-moment” post-mortems every quarter.

  • A nose for mutual-benefit storytelling: if a piece doesn’t lift mentors, mentees, and OG simultaneously, you rewrite it.

  • Able to mix township pragmatism with global polish Local Roots, Global Branches in action.

⚠️ Why You Should Say No

  • No pay before seed. Until outside capital lands, sweat equity is the only currency.

  • You’ll build the machine while it’s running. Processes, metrics, even brand voice are still fluid.

  • Public failure is policy. We broadcast the warts as loudly as the wins.

  • Mission over clickbait. Quick traffic hacks that undercut learning outcomes or mutual benefit are vetoed on sight.

What We Offer

  • Remote-friendly role with flexibility

  • Opportunities to work on diverse and impactful projects

  • A supportive team culture focused on learning and growth

  • Pathways to progress into consulting or strategy leadership roles
